Development of an A+ class office building with 23,200 m2 GLA, and two level underground garage for 750 parking places. With its 103,90 m and 22 floors, Tower II will have at same height as existing twin Tower I (BC Usce). International architectural birou Chapman Taylor, prepared a modern and functional concept design. Local architectural birou, VMS is appointed for preparation of design required for permitting process and construction. The main goal is to develop a green building in accordance with BREEAM standards. The opening is expected in Q1 2020.
